What does “bearer partial debenture” mean?

The bond is a senior security for which the investor receives interest. A bond is divided into partial bonds at the nominal amount stated in each case. With a bond, the investor transfers a certain amount to the issuer of the bond for a certain period of time. The issuer of the bond in turn undertakes to you as the creditor of the monetary claim to repay the debt at the end of the term. He must also pay interest on the amount at a fixed rate on an ongoing basis.

In the event of death, the contract is transferred to the heir(s) with all rights and obligations. The statutory succession rules of the investor’s country of origin apply.
